Monitors and Screensavers in Tate

 

The seven large promotional monitors found throughout the Tate Student Center are available for use by departments within UGA Student Affairs as well as registered student organizations that are departmentally advised. Additionally, the many student and staff computers found throughout Tate and Memorial Hall have a screensaver program that will also display these promotional images.

 

Guidelines:

 

• Screens promoting programs and events may be run for up to two weeks before the date of the event.

• No more than 10 screens are placed in rotation at any given time; availability is first-come, first-served.

• Routine student organization meetings may not be advertised.

• Student fundraising events that are held in venues that serve alcohol may not be advertised.
